richph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform. All game outcomes on richph are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer. richph does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, richph reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. richph's decision in such matters is final. By registering an account on richph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to richph's legal and regulatory obligations to retain certain records.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, richph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
richph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude richph's liability for death or personal injury caused by richph's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
richph reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where richph reasonably suspects or determines that: the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct; the player's account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to richph; or richph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting richph's support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. richph's decisions on all gaming-related disputes — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account matters — are final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory oversight by PAGCOR.
